Website information and project inquiries

This website helps you explore kitchen remodeling with Awakened Kitchens and request a conversation about your project. Website examples and calculator results are planning information. An inquiry or calculator estimate does not create a remodeling contract, confirm service availability or reserve a start date. Final scope, pricing, scheduling and project obligations are established in your separate written remodeling agreement. These website and messaging terms do not change that agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the Awakened Kitchens text-message program.

Awakened Kitchens text-message program

The Awakened Kitchens text-message program sends text messages to people who choose to receive them. You can join by checking a text-message box on the inquiry form at awakenedkitchens.com and providing your mobile phone number. The inquiry form is on our Contact page and is also reached from the kitchen estimate calculator. The form offers two separate choices:

• Service texts: responses to your kitchen inquiry, callback coordination, appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling, and updates about your project’s approved schedule or milestones.
• Marketing texts: future-project follow-ups, invitations to discuss kitchen remodeling, and requests for reviews or referrals. Marketing texts may be sent using automated technology.

Both choices are optional and unchecked until you select them. Select only the categories you want. You can submit a project inquiry without agreeing to texts, and text-message consent is not a condition of purchase. Giving us a phone number, calling us or using our calculator does not by itself subscribe you to text messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, project activity and any marketing messages you choose to receive. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your wireless provider about your plan’s charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Awakened Kitchens texts. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out, and we will not send further texts unless you choose to subscribe again. You can also request that texts stop through the support contacts below. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or remodeling agreement; contact us separately to discuss those matters.

Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email service@awakenedkitchens.com or call 717-490-7904. This support phone number is not represented here as the text-message sending number.

Provide a mobile number you are authorized to use, and tell us if that number changes. If you want to subscribe again after opting out, contact us or use the website’s consent choices again. A new inquiry alone does not restore messaging permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains website information, providers and text-message consent records. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our website or text-message program changes. The effective date above shows the current version.
